We enjoyed the continental breakfast. The location was wonderful, not far from a farm or how people lived from the land and the center of town, and the view was exceptional!

Travelled with my five children, spent 2 nights here and had a great stay. Amazingly great and really kind staff, answered all questions. There were clean and beautiful rooms with private balcony. Location: the hotel was adjacent to how people lived from the land and a restaurant and the airport.

The hotel was a peaceful, refreshing retreat with wonderful views of the city. The room was beautiful and comfortable with excellent service. Breakfast on the porch was a highlight, with a variety of delicious options. The swimming pool was also a standout feature, surrounded by stunning scenery. The kind and helpful staff went above and beyond, offering insider information on unique local experiences like visiting a self-sufficient family farm and a traditional pottery.

It could be difficult to find the hotel, as guests have faced confusing street name issues in the past.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Terrific view over the city and only a few taxi minutes away from Guanajuato's center. Excellent breakfast and very nice rooms and outdoor zone. Honeymoon suite includes an own jacuzzi and is just a dream!

None. Only one sidenote: WiFi did not work (in the rooms not al all and in the other parts of the house very shortly).

We like the friendly staff and the security of the place. This b&b was very relaxing out of the city but at the same time closed enough to the downton aera we enjoy a spetacular view of the city and the mountains their pet friendly policy has been a plus for us.

I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and just a short Uber ride away from the city center. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with stunning shared spaces and a charming veranda where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning. The staff, particularly Javier, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The King Suite I stayed in was simply gorgeous, complete with an open-air porch that had a hot tub, a table adorned with plants and candles. It was pure luxury!

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends. It provided enhanced comfort, quality services, and a luxurious experience that exceeded my expectations.

We had a fantastic thanksgiving stay in a hotel with stunning mountain views and excellent complimentary breakfast and coffee. the staff was informative and helpful when it came to recommending things to do around the area. the location was also great as it was close to some mines.

The hotel is situated way up the hills, which made walking around the area limited. However, Uber and taxis were very convenient to use.
